I’m so excited to be a part of Gary Barlow’s Wine Tour South Africa. Gary, who has a passion for wine, is set to start his journey on the Western Cape exploring the vineyards. He’ll be learning about the variety of grapes, their sustainability, and what food is paired perfectly with each before driving through the breath-taking scenery.
Joining Gary for episode 4 of his wine tour
I’ll be joining Gary for episode 4 of his series and we’ll be heading north to Skukuza, in the beautiful Kruger National Park. We’ll be going on safari to discover the wildlife that roam the National Park’s stunning landscape and enjoying a local breakfast favourite prepared by the resident head chef.
We’ll also be joining a local choir and enjoying a high tea, South African sparkling wine and a magical experience with a family of elephants.
A glass or two of its incredible wine!
Gary is “absolutely delighted to be exploring my passion for food, wine and travel in this new series for ITV. I’ve always loved South Africa and I can’t wait to really see all that it has to offer: the people, the places, its amazing history… and a glass or two of its incredible wine! This series is something that’s a bit different for me – but I can’t wait to get going.”
Gary will also be joined by Ben Shepherd, Michaela Strachan, Eliot Kennedy and Mica Paris.

Gary Barlow’s Wine Tour South Africa starts on Monday 11th November with episodes each afternoon at 2pm on ITV. I’ll be joining Gary for Episode 4 on Thursday 14th November at 2pm.
