We currently collect and process data relating to our newsletter subscription process. We collect first and last name and email address only.

The personal information we collect is provided to us directly by you for newsletter subscriptions.
We use the information that you have given us in order to send marketing information to you. We use Brevo for our email marketing. You can find more about their privacy policy’s on www.brevo.co.uk.
You are able to remove your consent at any time.
You can do this by contacting info@jane-mcdonald.com. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored with Sendinblue. We will keep you name and email address indefinitely for the sole purpose of sending the requested email marketing information to you. If requested we will then dispose your information by removing it from our Sendinblue database.
